Voldemort and his "Death Eaters" were openly make a big disorder in the entire country of Great Britain | British. Dumbledore gives Harry private lessons begin. These lessons form the past knowledge of Voldemort and is given in the form of coffee into the memories of people who never associated with Voldemort's past, using a kind of magic tool basin, Pensieve. One memory that is a copy from the memory of Slughorn has a section missing. Dumbledore assigns Harry to work on that memory from Slughorn. Helped by the fluid Felix Felicis, Harry finally managed to get a piece of that memory from Slughorn. Dumbeldore speculates that Voldemort has divided his soul into seven parts, and save the six parts of his soul in "Horcrux". Two Horcruxes have been destroyed, the first being Tom Riddle's diary which was destroyed by Harry, and Marvolo Gaunt's ring by Dumbledore.
When Harry and Dumbledore will go to find the Horcruxes, Harry Disapparated with Dumbledore to a secret cave hidden. To get that Horcrux (a legacy of Salazar Slytherin locket necklace), Dumbledore's condition became very weak due to be taking some sort of liquid surrounding the Horcrux. They immediately returned to the castle of Hogwarts and Voldemort's Dark Mark glowing found hovering over Hogwarts. They are ambushed by Draco Malfoy on Astronomy Tower. Draco admits that he has opened the way for the Death Eaters to enter Hogwarts, although Dumbledore found that boys who obviously fear that has been forced to assist children pieces of Voldemort.

Death Eaters arrive and urge Draco to finish his mission-killing Dumbledore-but Draco hesitated. Snape arrives; Dumbledore pleading to Snape, "Severus ... please ...", but it is unclear what prompted Dumbledore told Snape that. After that, suddenly Snape kills Dumbledore with the curse of the killer-Unforgiveable Avada Not Kedavra Curse (Curse Killer) Avada Kedavra. Strength curse threw Dumbledore beyond the walls of the tower. Dumbledore's death, causing Harry's charms that hold lifted. Harry liberated and pursue Snape. Both short duel, Snape introduced himself as the Half-Blood Prince, and alone with Malfoy, Snape managed to escape through the gates of Hogwarts.
Harry found the Horcrux locket necklace on Dumbledore's body and found that it was a fake Horcrux. In the locket, the place to put photos, found a piece of parchment with a record of who called the author with the initials "RAB". Real Horcrux has been stolen and will be destroyed with the hope that when Voldemort meets his match, Voldemort "made up of ordinary people again, who can die."
